Tuscany Ceremony

Our wedding ceremony will take place Sept 09, 2022, with an intimate group of friends and family south of Florence, Italy. Sadly, we can not accommodate a larger group for this occasion, but we are excited to celebrate with all of our friends and family stateside on October 15, 2022 in Monterey, CA.
Our ceremony will be live broadcast and recorded, more information to be shared here and via email as the date approaches.

Location: Tenuta Quadrifoglio, Castagno FI, Italy
Accommodations: All accommodations have been booked by the wedding party. We are asking $500 total per room (there are 2 rooms per apartment), which includes daily breakfast. Additional details are below.
Travel recommendations: By air--Florence Airport, Peretola (FLR) | By train--Certaldo (local) OR Firenze Santa Maria Novella (main hub).
We will offer some shuttle service from and to airports and train stations based on guest travel times. For those wishing to rent a car at the airport or Santa Maria train depot, there is free parking at the villa.
Attire: Daytime activities--Casual. Dinners--Dressy casual. Ceremony & reception--Black tie (suits okay)

Free time to enjoy the area and pool, daytime city tour, wine and lunch activity, pizza party dinner

Golfing in Tuscany
For those would would like to join in on Wednesday, we will head to nearby Castelfalfi Golf Club for 9 holes on their lake course.
Per-person cost of $130 for 9 holes, golf cart and rental clubs.
Local sights and wines
Join us on Thursday for a tour of local Volterra who’s history dates from before the 8th century BC. Following the tour we stay in Volterra to taste local wines and grab lunch.

Hang by the pool or pop into town
During the day, there is plenty to do at the venue or nearby:
Hang by the pool overlooking the Tuscan Valley
Walk around the venue and vineyards next door
Visit local towns of San Gimignano (11.5 km), Volterra (21 km), Siena (52 km), Florence (67 km), Pisa (66 km)
Accommodation Details
Around the grounds of Tenuta Quadrifoglio sit multiple buildings split into individual apartments with their own private entrances and sitting areas. Each apartment has 2 rooms (sample floor plan below).
When completing your RSVP you will be able to select either a room in a shared apartment ($500 total), or a full apartment ($1000 total).
We will be in close contact with each guest as we delegate out each room/apartment. Payment for the accommodations can be made to the bride and groom directly via check, cash, or preferred digital payment platform by July 2022.
